Saratoga Springs, N.Y. -- Two members of the Skidmore women's soccer team recieved Liberty League weekly awards after the Thoroughbreds finished second at the Liberty League Championships and earned a berth in the NCAA Division III tournament.

Senior Rachael Sushner (Potomac, Md.) was named to the all-tournament team as the women fell just short of William Smith in penalty kicks, 5-4, in the championship final. Sushner helped Skidmore advance to the final when she scored the game winner in the first-half in a 2-0 win over Union.

Freshman goalkeeper Meghan Sleezer (Gloversville, N.Y.) also recorded two shutouts over the weekend and was named to the all-tournament team. She had seven shutouts in 200 minutes over the span, and now has nine shutouts this season.
