Thoroughbreds receive NCAA soccer bid

Indianapolis, In.--The season will continue for the Skidmore College women's soccer team. The 11-4-3 Thoroughbreds received an at-large bid to the 63-NCAA Division III Tournament late Sunday night.

Skidmore will compete in the Williams College Pod, playing SUNY Oneonta at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Williams. The winner of that game will face the winner of Williams-Keuka College on Sunday at 1 p.m.

This is Skidmore's second straight and fourth overall trip to the NCAA tournament. Last season, the Thoroughbreds lost on penalty kicks to Western Connecticut in the first round.
