Sports Illustrated has ranked the NCAA record setting seven overtime men's basketball game between Skidmore and Southern Vermont as its 28th Best Game/Event of 2010.

The number one event was Canada's win over the United States in the Olympic men's hockey gold medal game. There are only nine college events on the list and the Skidmore game is the lone non-Division I contest listed.
