Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ROCHESTER, N.Y.—The Skidmore College volleyball team went 1-1 the first day of the weekend Liberty League cross-over being played at RIT.  The Thoroughbreds beat Vassar 3-0 (25-23, 25-22, 25-22) and lost to Union, 3-0 (25-14, 25-18, 25-14).
 
Skidmore (6-18, 2-4 Liberty) will play Bard and RIT on Saturday.
 
Leading the way against Vassar (11-14, 3-6)  was freshman setter Kalle Fox. She had 25 assists and a team-high 17 digs to go along with three blocks and two aces. Aria Goodman added 16 digs, nine kills, and two blocks, while Brittany Osborn contributed 10 kills. Marcela Familiar had 13 digs and Clara Jones chipped in 11 digs of her own.
 
Goodman had a double/double against Union (19-7, 4-2) with 11 kills and 11 digs. Fox rang up her another double/double with 10 digs and 17 assists.  Familiar had 22 digs and three assists.
